Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Chongqing Federation of Trade Unions held commendation ceremonies in Beijing and Chongqing respectively. The Industrial Design Department of Chongqing Yuhai Industrial Design Institute Co., Ltd. won the first national honor "National Worker Pioneer". Sir Xiaoquan Lin of the Industrial Design Department was awarded the "May 1st Labor Medal" in Chongqing.

Sir Xiaoquan Lin of the Industrial Design Department was awarded the "May 1st Labor Medal" in Chongqing.


  

The Industrial Design Department is an industrial design professional research department established earlier in Chongqing with functions such as basic research, technical support, achievement transformation, consulting services, and talent training. Its business scope covers intelligent equipment, mold design innovation, and high-end electronic products. In fields such as 5G intelligence, it has the core ability to lead product innovation with industrial design, rapid transformation of results and rapid market launch.



  

Chongqing Yuhai Industrial Design Institute Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Chongqing Yuhai Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In December 2021, it was selected as the 2021 Municipal Industrial Design Center; in January 2022, it was included in the first batch of training objects of Chongqing Municipal Industrial Design Institute.


Xiaoquan Lin, Product Manager of Industrial Design Department, has been engaged in industrial design for a long time. He has the courage to innovate, is good at specialized research, insists on integrating technology and art, technology and humanities into the creative concept, and regards creating a better life as his creative goal. He led the team to win 9 national patents and 5 domestic and foreign well-known industrial design competition awards, and in 2019 In 2010, he was rated as one of the top ten outstanding industrial designers in Chongqing.


It is reported that in 2022, the National Worker Pioneer will commend a total of 956 collectives, covering 19 major categories of national economic industries across the country; the Chongqing May 1st Labor Medal has commended a total of 188 people, and Xiaoquan Lin is also the first technology research and development persennel of Yuhai to receive this honor.
