On March 3, 2022, Dr. Fei Xie, Dean of the School of Economics and Finance of Chongqing University of Technology, was invited by the company to host a lecture on exchange rate in the company's conference room with the theme of "Renminbi Exchange Rate Risk and Countermeasures". Xie Ping, chairman of the company, Wei Huayun, chairman of the board of supervisors, Fan Ming, chief engineer, He Bo, secretary of the board of directors, Ke Changqing, chief financial officer, Liu International, director of the business department, and some colleagues from the board of supervisors and the finance department attended the lecture.

Professor Xie started from "what is exchange rate", explained the history of exchange rate development, shared his research results, and made a judgment on the future trend of RMB exchange rate in combination with international current affairs.

Professor Xie also explained how foreign trade companies can use financial tools to deal with the risk of RMB exchange rate fluctuations.

There was also interaction at the lecture site, and the atmosphere of the venue was warm.

After the meeting, Chairman Wei of the Supervisory Board accompanied Professor Xie and the graduate team to visit the company's exhibition hall and unmanned workshop.

This lecture aims to help the company establish a "risk-neutral" financial concept, focus on the development of the main business, rationally face the exchange rate fluctuations, and maintain a stable and sustainable financial situation to achieve the healthy and long-term development of the company.

Professor Xie is also a member of the Chongqing "14th Five-Year Plan" Expert Advisory Committee, an evaluation expert of the National Social Science Fund, the executive deputy director of the Chongqing Financial Derivatives Research Center, and the executive director of the Chongqing Macroeconomic Society.
