At present, we have established independent quality center with about 200 quality control staff at all levels. The quality center is divided into three major sections: quality inspection, quality engineering and supply chain management; each section has independent quality laboratory and office. Besides, over half of quality control staff are directly participating in production on the workshops in all business links.
We have established total quality management system (TQM) for company based on the PCDA principles (Plan, Do, Check and Act), and we are responsible for applying for and updating various system certifications, product certifications, etc.; we have widely used industry professional quality control software and connected them to the quality management system (QMS) and product life cycle system (PLM) to establish quality database for all products to reduce the repetitive and systemic quality problems in the entire value chain. We cooperation with technology R&D center to implement and maintain quality QR code to track all products, including the smallest parts. Through the QR code, we can trace all relevant information including raw materials, raw material suppliers, operating machine, operating employee, quality inspector, production dates which involved in any single defective product, to locate and analysis the fault origin.
In the future we will continue cooperation with technology R&D center to develop quality-related technologies, software and hardware, strive for perfection to provide valuable products and services for customers. We pay close attention to team building. Hence we have set comprehensive training to allow newcomers to fully integrate into the Yuhai family in a short period, and encourage employees to participate further education to increase their personal career competitiveness and income, exhortation staff to persist in creative work and enjoyr their lives.
