In 2019 we established technology R&D center with automation, digitization and intelligence experts to overall plan and implement of intelligent manufacturing facilities, hardware and software. By the end of the same year, we have developed from importing and implement equipment to full self R&D stage. Currently we have manufactured over 120 sets of automation equipment, over 30 robots; manufacturing execution system (MES) and product life cycle management system (PLM) have completed the architecture design, deployment and application; cloud computing, big data analysis and artificial intelligence (AI) bionic computing technologies have been applied in some manufacturing processes; cyber-physical systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IOT), 5G base station coverage and artificial intelligence (AI) decision-making systems continue are continuously developing and deploying. We expecting transformation of comprehensive digital and intelligent manufacturing within four years.
We have specially set up an engineering and technical department to comprehensively coordinate the hardware and facility renovation of various business departments, reducing the waste of manpower, time and resources caused by intermediate links and improving production efficiency. At the same time, we have deployed a central waste gas collection and treatment system and a central waste water collection, treatment and recycling system for both of the existing two factories, basically achieving zero pollutant discharge. Personnel and facility safety are the most important prerequisites for safe production. At present, we have designed and deployed equipment and networks such as smoke sensors, temperature sensors, fire pumps, and electric fire partitions in the two factories. In addition, in response to the conflict between plant monitoring and employee privacy protection, we consulted the surrounding employees on the installation location and monitoring angle when deploying each surveillance camera and obtained consent, and formulated a strict surveillance video retrieval process to ensure no leakage of any recorded video files.
We pay close attention to team building. Hence we have set comprehensive training to allow newcomers to fully integrate into the Yuhai family in a short period, and encourage employees to participate further education to increase their personal career competitiveness and income. We use standardized programs and strict management systems to ensure all digital and intelligent processes are people-oriented to maintain employees vigor, persist in creative work and enjoy their lives.
