We currently have more than 1,200 assembly staff, more than 60 assembly lines in the four major processes and about 1/4 are fully automatic assembly lines; furthermore, all the embedding nails, printing, bonding, ultrasonic welding, heating sealing, film sealing and hot melting processes production lines were in the digital production era. Over the years, we have taken customer satisfaction as standard, based on standardized production control and quality management, we have continuously improved the production process and pursued endlessly for quality.
Benefit from supporting of technology R&D center, we now owned automatic charge-coupled device (CCD) image recognition and positioning technology and implemented in production and inspection in the processes of assembly and bonding; the nail embedding lines equipment have been completely replaced by or transformed into fully automatic nail embedding machines, we now needed only 30 staff to remain the production efficiency as before with over 200 staff, and the yield rate and manufacturing tolerance has also been improved. We have stipulated the system of equipment preheating, equipment keep online but staff shift in the operating standard process (SOP) to save energy consumption and reduce pollution; independent specialists regularly patrol to ensure all energy-saving regulations are implemented and all defective products are recycled and processed immediately.
We pay close attention to team building. Hence we have set comprehensive training to allow newcomers to fully integrate into the Yuhai family in a short period, and encourage employees to participate further education to increase their personal career competitiveness and income. We strictly require all staff to implement the SOP to ensure product quality and reduce the probability of industrial accidents. In the future our assembly workshops will further implement automated production to shift employees from first-line production to technical support, software and hardware maintenance, and joint research and development, which will make all employees keep vigor, persist in creative work and enjoy their lives.
