We established a technology R&D center in 2019 and industrial design institute in 2020 to assist the direct production department to improve efficiency and quality. Through data analysis and simulation calculation of workshop layout, manufacturing process, standard working hours, cost data, and full value links, to formulate optimization plan and improve production efficiency according to the ECRS+A principle (eliminate, combine, rearrange, simplify and automation). We are also the discoverer of problems and the promoter of problem solving. Through cloud computing and mega data analyzing of the information generated by the IoT (Internet of Things) equipment in each production link, the predictive production strategy will be automatically generated and coordinated the implementation of all departments through the manufacturing execution system (MES).
We widely use professional industrial design software, cloud computing and mega data to perform simulation calculations to provide optimization solutions from product structure design, production technology, production process, material selection, etc., and cooperation with quality center to develop and launch automated testing equipment. At present, we have completed the optimization of workshop layout for all the molding and assembly lines, and have connected the central exhaust gas treatment system and the central wastewater treatment system to all the workshops involving pollutant discharge.
Currently we are rapidly growing to achieve fully intelligent manufacturing. Most of our members came from different majors or industries with plentiful ideas to generate new sparks for Yuhai. In the future, all hardware and facilities including factories, workshops, canteens, dormitories, etc. will be planned by us in a unified manner, to provide comfortable working and living environment for all Yuhai people to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
